CALIFORNIA CITY, Calif. — The Cal City Police Department is investigating a vandalism incident as a hate crime. Officers were notified of the vandalism Thursday morning at the Verde Vista Parkway at the South Loop.
They found a wall that was spray-painted with what they say was offensive and vulgar language.
The Cal City PD is offering a $1,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest of those responsible.
