BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — According to the Bakersfield Police Department, detectives arrested 47-year-old Oscar Valero on Saturday. He was booked into the Kern County Jail for murder and gang participation.
In a press release, BPD said Valero was involved in a shooting that left one man dead on the 1000 Block of East 3rd Street Friday evening.
This is an ongoing investigation.
