State officials are now enforcing new regulations requiring employers to create a safer working environment during the pandemic.

The state's Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board approved an emergency temporary measure.

This requires businesses to educate employees on ways to prevent infection, provide free PPE, and offer free COVID-19 testing to all employees if more than three workers contract COVID-19 within a 14-day period.
