SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — Due to coronavirus concerns PG&E have offered advice as to how customers staying home can save money on their electric and gas bills during this difficult time.
PG&E has also taken various actions to support their customers such as implementing a moratorium on service disconnections for non-payment, for cities and counties under a shelter-in-place order they will not perform work that requires a clearance that results in a planned outage and they have activated its Emergency Operations Center to facilitate the company's response to COVID-19.
PG&E is offering tips and tools and programs regarding heating and cooling, electronics, appliances and lighting and TV and game consoles.
