The Mojave Unified School District is on Spring Break but is complying with the Kern County Superintendent of Schools recommendation not to resume classes until April 14.
According to the district's Facebook page, its Spring Break was scheduled for the week of March 16-20. On Sunday, KCSOS announced they are recommending all schools close starting Wednesday until April 14.
Since MUSD was already on break, they posted to Facebook updating parents and staff that based on KCSOS's direction, they will not return until April 14.
