BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Kern County Public Health Services Department has confirmed a thirteenth Kern County resident has tested positive for coronavirus and lives in Bakersfield West.
Public health is looking into any potential exposure sources and determining any personal contacts they may have had.
This individual is recovering at home.
