SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Gov. Newsom today announced a new resource for job seekers who have lost employment due to COVID-19 closures.
Bitwise teamed up with LinkedIn to create a job listing site for Californians that have recently lost their jobs.
Onwardca.org matches individuals to jobs within their skill sets.
The site focuses on four key areas including:
Health care
Agriculture
Logistics
Grocers
Gov. Newsom estimates there are 70,000 open jobs today in California.
