BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Fifth Annual Bakersfield Marathon, originally scheduled for November, has been postponed to 2021.
According to the Active Bakersfield Alliance, the decision was made out of an abundance of caution for the current climate.
The new date is now scheduled for November 14, 2021. For those who have already registered for the 2020 race, your entry will be automatically transferred to 2021.
Any existing participants who would like a refund may do so by sending an email to directors@activebakersfield.org. The ABA asks that 2020 refunds be requested prior to June 1.
