BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield City School District is getting ready to make changes to its meal services starting Monday.

The school district announced on social media that it will start reducing the number of sites offering meals to students.

Officials say they are doing this to relieve stress on their nutrition teams.

Students and their parents should go to the nearest BCSD school for nutrition.
