Congratulations to graduate Stephanie Fulkerson! She is graduating from Highland High School as part of the Class of 2020.
I am so very proud of her and her accomplishments through out the 4 years of High School even though she went through 4 surgeries in the 4 years and she is still graduating with a 3.5 GPA and getting ready to go away to college.
