Congratulations to graduate Gema Rubio! She is graduating from Carlsbad High School as part of the Class of 2020.
Gema, is now a senior at Carlsbad New Mexico, but will always be a Shafter General at heart. Gema spent most of her life in a Taekwondo gym (Wasco Tigers Tkd). Was a 4 time National Champion, and 5 time State Champion. She also spent her Senior year in a Wreslting gym and placed 4th at state (NM). Gema is a 3.0 student, is excited for her future! We Love you, and we are so proud of you Gema!
