BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — "This a chess game that's really difficult for us to manage but my staff is doing an outstanding job doing that," said Sheriff Donny Youngblood.
Youngblood spoke with 23ABC's Mike Hart Thursday about how his team is responding to the coronavirus and all the changes that have come with it.
Among those changes include the possibility of releasing inmates from jails, including 38 inmates here in Kern County. Youngblood those releases and what KCSO is prepared to do.
