Recently the city of Bakersfield and Kern County were given a failing grade when it comes to social distancing. But this week the group handing out the grades said there was some improvement with the area now rated a C+ in distancing.
Bakersfield City Manager Christian Clegg talked about the ways the city is handling the pandemic.
