BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield City School District is reminding students and parents that Tuesday is the last day to pickup distance learning packets.
"It is very important that students pickup the distance learning packet," said Jennifer Rivas, Vice Principal of Longfellow Elementary. "So that way they keep busy in the home, their mind is actively engaged and they are continuing their learning."
Parents can pickup packets at their BCSD school site. If you have children in multiple grade levels you can pickup multiple packets.
For parents who cannot pickup a packet in-person, you can head to bcsd.com and locate learning packets under the quick links section.
