Bakersfield College received a grant from Bank of America to help launch a new program for students.
A total of $56,000 will go to start BCc's new Early College Public Health Program. The program is designed to help students fill jobs in the medical field.
This is particularly important during the pandemic when there is an increased demand for these jobs,
