There are a lot of people who claim to be “Star Wars” fans, but the search is on for the No. 1 most devoted “Star Wars” fan in the entire galaxy.

The website CableTV.com has put out the call for “The Chosen One,” a fan who is willing to watch — and tweet about — every “Star Wars” movie back-to-back before the Dec. 20 release of the final installment of the Skywalker trifecta of trilogies, “The Rise of Skywalker.”

The reward for completing this movie marathon? An out-of-this-world prize of $1,000!

It sounds like a “Star Wars” fan’s fantasy, right? But CableTV.com knows this is not a challenge for the faint of heart, which is why it’s offering such a big prize.  After all, there are 10 movies in the “Star Wars” collection that must be watched to complete the challenge, including :

  • “The Phantom Menace”
  • “Attack of the Clones”
  • “Revenge of the Sith”
  • “Solo”
  • “Rogue One”
  • “A New Hope”
  • “The Empire Strikes Back”
  • “Return of the Jedi”
  • “The Force Awakens”
  • “The Last Jedi”

The total run time for all of these movies is 22 hours and 25 minutes. That’s a lot of lightsaber action and X-Wing battles!

And, yes, the movies have to be watched in a single day. There’s no stretching out this movie marathon, though the films can be watched in any order (release order, chronological order or even randomly).

While viewing the movies, the Chosen One must “be willing to share their Jedi wisdom and movie-watching experience” on Twitter and tag the @CableTV team. The winner has until Dec. 20 to complete the challenge to secure the $1,000 prize.

In addition to the $1,000 prize for completing the Chosen One challenge, the lucky fan will receive a welcome package including all 10 “Star Wars” movies on Blu-Ray DVD, a Nerf Han Solo Blaster, a Chewbacca onesie and an R2-D2 popcorn popper. It’s the perfect movie-watching supply package!

To apply to be the Chosen One, you need to be at least 18 years old. Simply fill out the online application by 7 p.m. EST on Wednesday, Dec. 11 by supplying some basic information like your name, email address, etc.

Then, in 200 words or less, explain why you should be selected as the Chosen One. There’s also a place to upload a video to your application which, while not required, can certainly help catch the attention of the contest organizers!
