BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Growing up Buck Owens’ son, Johnny was surrounded by the best of the best, musically. Friday night, he showed off some of those musical talents at the Fox Theater.
Johnny Owens and the Buck Fever Band took the stage Friday to showcase some traditional country music that has become known to many as the Bakersfield Sound. Joining Owens and his band was Joe Peters, a singer-songwriter who released a new EP, "Raise the Bar," this summer.
