BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — It's been six months since Extreme Makeover: Home Edition announced they were choosing a local family to be featured in their debut episode following a 10-year hiatus. Now the show has announced the air date for that episode.
The episode, which features the Mosley family, will air on Feb. 16 at 9/8 c on HGTV.
The Mosely family of seven lived in a three-bedroom home in Northwest Bakersfield. In August 2019, Extreme Makeover alongside local builder John Balfanz Homes and thousands of volunteers helped to build the new home.
John Balfanz Homes will hold a viewing party at the Fox Theater on Feb. 16 at 6 p.m. Doors open at 5 and tickets are free to the public.
