BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Valentine's Day is traditionally a time when a lot of people say "I Love You." Now the Kern County Museum is looking to help them say "I Do!"
The Kern County Museum announced its first-ever Chapel Wedding Pop-Up on Friday, February 14th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., offering mini-weddings for those looking to get hitched in 2020. The ceremonies will include an officiant, ceremony, cake, champagne toast, and photographer for $250. A wedding bouquet is also available upon request.
According to a statement from the Kern County Museum, "couples are encouraged to reserve a ceremony time to be married at the cutest little chapel in Pioneer Village. Originally the Saint Johns Episcopal Mission opened in 11892, this darling chapel is the perfect backdrop for a simple and sweet wedding."
For more information or to reserve a wedding time, please contact Brenna at the Kern County Museum.
