A fundraiser for CASA of Kern County is still spinning Monday morning.

The 1,500 pinwheels on display at the Tejon Outlets this weekend were set up to spread awareness for Foster Care Awareness Month. Each pinwheel represented one child in the foster care system here in Kern County.
