BAKERSFIELD, FRESNO. Calif. (KERO) — Clinica Sierra Vista has announced its “Clinica Cares for the Community Street Medicine Donation Drive" from Dec. 7-31.
"This donation drive can help our team establish trust with the population we serve while delivering items that can help keep them safe during the winter months," said Tim Calahan, director of Public Relations and Community Development for Clinica Sierra Vista. "This is a chance to make a difference for many individuals who feel left behind."
For the duration of the drive, Clinica Sierra Vista will be gathering donations that will impact patients experiencing homelessness.
Clinica Sierra Vista is asking for the following items:
- Jackets
- Blankets
- Socks
- Travel Size Hygiene Products (shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant, shaving cream)
- Protein Drinks
- Dog food
Donations can be dropped off at any of the following Clinica Sierra Vista locations in Kern and Fresno County:
