BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERN) — The Court Appointed Special Advocates of Kern County is currently enrolling its Winter Training class starting January 20, 2021.
With 38 children and youth in foster care currently on our waitlist, the need for local community members across Kern County to stand up and volunteer is crucial.
We are especially in need of volunteers who are male, bilingual, or in the outlying areas of Kern County.
