WOFFORD HEIGHTS, Calif. — Officials confirm that the Alta Sierra Ski Resort is set to open tomorrow.
Opening Day set for tomorrow. Some phone lines in the community of Alta Sierra are out. Be safe and come enjoy some great opening weekend snow. Roads are good now. #letitsnow

The resort originally planned to open on Friday.
The ticket office will open at 8 a.m. and lifts will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Due to the change in climate and amount of snow we received so quickly (3 ft base), we are in need of an extra day to prepare for your fun filled experience. Therefore, our opening day is SATURDAY 12/7! We will be open this weekend both Saturday and Sunday!⛷🏂☃️ #LetItSnow pic.twitter.com/k1FLtjOnYC
