UPDATE (Dec. 19, 2016, 10:10 a.m.): Myron Givan, the third suspect in a Lamont double homicide and robbery, will be in court in Arapahoe County for his extradition hearing on December 30.

On December 13, 2016, officers with the Aurora Police Department in Aurora, Colorado, developed information that Myron Givan, a suspect in a Lamont double homicide, was staying in an apartment in Aurora.
Aurora PD located and arrested Givan on his outstanding arrest warrant for murder.
On December 14, 2016, Kern County Sheriff's Office homicide detectives flew to Aurora and interviewed Givan related to this case. Givan has been booked on his warrant and is currently awaiting extradition back to Kern County.
