BAKERSFIELD, Calif — The number 3 lane on Northbound 99 and the on ramp from 7th standard is closed due to a car on fire.
According to the California Highway Patrol's incident reporting page reports came in around 11:36 for a trailer on fire.
There is no information on when the lane will open back up.
