A Visalia man was arrested after leading Visalia police officers on a chase down Ben Maddox Way while naked Thursday morning, the Visalia Times-Delta reported.
A Visalia Transit bus driver who said there was a man who got on the bus naked called police around 10:30 a.m.
The naked man was let off the bus near Ben Maddox Way where he then grabbed a pair of shorts from someone and walked down the roadway.
When he saw police, he ripped his shorts off and ran naked toward a car wash before stopping, dropping to the ground, and waiting for police.
Police told the Visalia Times-Delta they believe he may have been intoxicated. The naked man was taken to the hospital.
