The man accused of committing a hate crime against a Sikh man has turned himself in to authorities.
David Hook was accused of yelling racial slurs and throwing a drink on a Sikh in a restaurant parking lot in September.
An arrest warrant was issued for Hook, but he turned himself in to a bail bond company.
He will be charged with a hate crime and misdemeanor battery, according to the district attorney.
Hook will appear in court in two weeks.
