UPDATE (March 16, 2017 3:45 p.m.): A judge set the trial date today for Jerald Holman. Holman appeared in court with his attorney.
Holman remains in custody at the San Luis Obispo jail on $110,000 bail.
Trial will begin August 16th, 2017.

Jerald Holman, the man accused of causing a deadly crash that resulted in the death of two children, is scheduled to be in a San Luis Obispo courtroom today.
Holman is accused of driving under the influence leading to a crash on Highway 166 in September 2016.
A four-year-old and a seven-year-old were killed in the crash.
Holman has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder.
