Juan Brito was officially charged Monday following his involvement in a Delano High School sex scandal back in May.
The 31-year-old had a role in a situation involving school employee Bobby Scott Perigo having a relationships with an underage student.
Brito was charged with accessory, annoyance of a child under 18, and contribution to the delinquency of a minor.
Brito will appear in court Thursday.
