Although court documents show Brandon Robinson confessed to three sexual assault crimes, he told 23ABC Wednesday he was innocent in a jailhouse interview.

When asked if he committed the crimes, Robinson responded with "It's not true. When the detectives interviewed me, I was intoxicated."

Robinson confessed to being on acid the day the sexual assault occurred. He was in the building with friends when he claims he went into the bathroom to see what was going on after hearing raucous.

He also claimed the only reason he was on campus that day was to get a final grade from his professor.
