A couple in Venice woke up Friday morning and found a naked intruder in their home, KABC-TV in Los Angeles reported.

The intruder was chased away by the residents and ran down the street.

The suspect was taken into custody on Flower Avenue around 2 a.m. after local police surrounded him in a neighborhood.

Authorities believe the suspect went into two homes before he was caught.
