Juan Brito and Bobby Scott Perigo will appear in court Wednesday morning for a pre-preliminary hearing following their involvement in a Delano High School sex case.
Perigo was charged with unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor and other related charges.
Brito was charged with accessory, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and annoying a child under 18.
