A brush fire has ignited on the Grapevine after a big rig caught fire Tuesday morning.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a big rig caught fire at about 6:10 a.m. just south of Grapevine Road.

The CHP says the big rig's fire led to a hillside catching fire.

The CHP is now calling the incident a brush fire.

One lane is currently shut down.
