A Kern County Sheriff's deputy who was accused of being under the influence on Friday was arrested Saturday on four felony counts and two misdemeanors.

26-year-old Gideon Allday was booked just after 10:30 pm on Saturday night for willful cruelty to a child, spousal abuse, false imprisonment and threatening to terrorize.
He was also charged with misdemeanors for possession of concentrated marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Allday is currently being held on $110,000 bail and is due in court on Tuesday.
