The one-year-old who was killed in a rollover crash has been identified by the Kern County coroner Friday morning.

Officials said that Ryder Wayne Frazier of Lake Isabella, Calif., was killed at about 12:06 p.m. along HWY 178 near the intersection of Canebrake Way and Pine Hollow Road in Onyx, Calif..

On Sunday, officials said that Christy Tucker was driving in her 1998 Mitsubishi Montero westbound on SR 178 at CaneBrake Road.

CHP officials said Tucker was traveling at approximately 50 mph and had to be pulled to the right shoulder to tell her 8-year-old daughter to use her seatbelt.

Officials added when Tucker looked back, she jerked the steering wheel to the left causing the car to overturn approximately four times, ejecting all unrestrained three children, all of which sustained major injuries.

Officials say alcohol or drugs do not appear to be a factor in the crash.

The 8-year-old and 2-year-old were transported to Kern Medical.

While the mother and Frazier child were taken to Antelope Valley Hospital where the baby died from his injuries.
