A video captures a police officer from the Prince William County Police Department stopping and helping a snapping turtle cross the street.  Concerned drivers stopped to help while he put the turtle in a wagon to get him out of the busy road way!  The turtle was escorted safe and sound.  The video is getting thousands of views on social media.
